AG was taking it to KP, and just looked up their ages, AG is a month younger than KP.
Elf got in the lane any time he wanted, really enjoyed his game last night.
Mario looked really good in the 1st half, in control, in the offense and defensive flows. I'm being swayed to the Mario needs more minutes camp. There was one time Biz was on the FT line, and Mario was talking to him, he looked taller than Biz.

Yup... i remembered seeing that moment and saying the same. And not too long after hezonja's block on lee or thomas.... the New York commentator said .... "Standing at 6'-9" it could be hard to shoot over him".

I think we had 2 or 3 FGs the entire 4th quarter. Awful.

Mario is actually playing well now, he needs to be playing more.

Our offense is awful. Yea our FG % was high and the scored points but NY is a really bad team and they werent playing hard most of the game. Once the defense got serious they were inept and fell apart. We shot under 30% from 3. This is an awful offense and having so many bad shooters take a prominent role stiffles our team. The fact they cant shoot makes us very easy to defend and easy to pack the paint on. No spacing so no driving. Elf should really be a backup PG, a damm good backup PG but he can't be our starter of the future, we are too easy to defend with his lack of shooting. AG needs to stop taking 3s period, his sample size in this league is large enough to make the conclusion that he is an awful 3pt shooter. AG and Payton has not improved their 3pt shot from their rookie years. AG should just stick to mid range shots and drives, work on his dribbling.

Mario is actually legit 6'8 without shoes. Since nba players are measured in shoes, he is probably bit over 6'9 in shoes. I wish that they use him more in second halfs ,him having solid first halfs is normal now. He is back around leagues average in 3 point shooting (around 1,2% below, but still on 33% , not bad ) and his FG% is going up, along with free trow attemps

This isn't fair. the Magic are losing on purpose and the refs are helping them lose.

IF ONLY.....

I just read their entire game thread...GOLD. I haven't laughed that hard in a long while.

pepe1991 wrote:Mario should play more, especially because Ross has been awful ( sorry folks, 48% TS, 29% for 3 , 3 free trow attemps in 207 min of 6 games) . Even if they want to play Ross, there is no reason to play CJ Watson at all.

Gordon, love you bro ,but pls stop that 3s . Dude shoots below 17% in February and March.
Good overall game by Payton.

Vogel pretty much has no clue how to run offense to get better looks for his shooters. Pretty much all Magic players, minus few games of Meeks and half of a season of Ibaka , struggled to shoot 3 this year

Ross has not shot well, but he has not been awful at all. Anyway, he is playing SG regardless of what he is listed as and Mario is playing the 3 and 4 more. The thing I like about Ross is he does not kill the team even when he is not shooting well.

I listened intermittently and was dreading our lead... Only to tune back in to a Tankalicious 10-point deficit!
