1) He won't be a factor until his second season at the earliest more than likely his third.

2) He is not a small forward offensively and never will be in my opinion.

3) Offensively, his ideal position is 4 and if he hits 7'1" with a 7"3"-5" wing span and gains 40 pounds of muscle a 5

4) His defense is legit and can guard 3-5 and can lock down the paint

5) Tall but not necessarily long or supremely athletic which may be a problem but we'll see

6) He may not become a superstar but he has real NBA skills. High floor.

Oh lord... That's like a male pornstar name

To me Isaac looks like a less developed Aaron Gordon , who is yet to be fully developed himself lmao

Isaac is definitely a project. We might have to wait a year or two to get good production from him. My hope/projections is the hipster comparison of Andrei Kirilenko 2.0. Multiple time all star and a defensive force. Or maybe like Marvin Williams.

I'm curious about his asthma. I had really bad bronchial asthma growing up which tapered off as I got older eventually outgrowing it in my early 20's.

Was surprised how tall Isaac looked out there. He had like a 6 inch height advantage on offense. Even Grant Hill was saying why don't they put him on the block? But he had 0 plays ran for him, life of a young Magic player.

They'll probably sit him one game so they can give a random person, who obviously can't be a pro player, a chance.

Why are people projecting how good he's gonna be after ONE summer league game? Can we at least wait till the season if we're gonna start judging him so quickly?

Especially when he was trying to overcome nerves his first game. I expect him to be calm today and play much better. I would like to see some offense run for him

I would like to see that as well, but this is the Magic we're talking about here, home of making the rookies fit in instead of show out. Meanwhile, the Heat are letting that scrub Bam do whatever he wants.

If Lucas would just pass the damn ball! Anyone know if Harvey's gonna get some minutes?

Some people want a scorer now and don't have much patience for Isaac to develop into one.

It's the time we live in, Isaac looks like the tallest player on the court add in that his shoulders look wide enough to put on some good weight and his legs look strong and will also be able to support some weight and you can see why his physical profile is intriguing.

Summer league is brutal for non point guards ! I don't blame these guys as most of them are trying to earn a contract but all these contested midrange pull ups and all the failed rim attcks in traffick is hard to watch!

I counted two occasions were Isaac was under the basket alone with his arms in the air and the PG (Lucas I believe) opted to cross over and pull up for an inefficient shot. With that and the multiple missed paint shots that Isaac missed that I expect him to make on a consistent basis and his shooting stats would have looked better. Outside of that I loved his defense and rebounding and he showed nice passing ability with that baseline drop off to Zimmerman.

Excited to watch him play the rest of summer league!

Another thing I'd like to see Isaac learn is to keep the ball high on offensive boards in the paint, he was stripped or fouled a couple of times on putback attempts. He needs to keep the ball high and put it back in Ala the Gasol brothers.....I mean it's not like they are going to call fouls when he gets shoved and Karate chopped down there, just Ask Elf ! :x
