I'd like to see him truly express regret over leaving in the first place. That would make things a little easier.

IIRC, even Shaq has said that in hindsight, he wishes he stayed.

I agree with you there, there are a couple of people I'd put in front of Dwight.....but Dwight is on my list.

Also, did Shaq really express regret over leaving?
