I think it'll actually make him more likely to be traded, he'll comeback and we'll shop him to show he's recovered, then he'll get moved on.

I think his stock will be high too. If you look around at comments about his injury - it's a lot of people recognizing that he's been playing great ball this season and it's unfortunate that he got hurt. THAT is what teams are going to remember when he returns.

Don’t wish injury on anyone. Even Vuc. But I don’t think he has very much value, even if he did have his best stretch when playing with D-Leaguers.

Wouldn’t expect more than an expiring and a couple seconds or a late first. Hope I’m wrong though.

It just depends on the sort of deal. We'd have to take contracts back, but expirings have some value, which would reduce the return we could expect to go along with them. I think we could get a legitimate asset from a team that needs some help up front if we are willing to take a bad contract as salary filler.

If the Kings still have interest in Vucevic, I'd expect we could get a decent return from them. They have some young guys, but much like we have been, they seem more interested in trying to grind out wins than committing to the development of their youth. They have a glut of talent in the frontcourt, but nobody as good as Vucevic is right now.

I always think of the Kings too, not sure the perceived value of Skal or WCS but either would be a nice cheap piece to have.

It was fun to watch Payton play attacking the paint for most of the night when needed, just wish he could be more consistent or maybe find a way to do it with the other guys on the team.

2 months ago I was argued with for saying Speights was not brought here to play a lot of minutes and was not that great past 10 mins or so game. Glad everyone now sees this.

Him and AA are complete waste of time and roster slots. Making decision to not trade pick even worst.

I mean i get why it was done. You need vets on the bench. Its important. But they arent supposed to be playing much. Thats when it gets ugly.

I think Speights is the kind of guy you shouldn’t really have a set amount of minutes for. Let me re-phrase... in his low amount of minutes, when he plays if he is hot then he should stay out there. If not then they should yank his ass immediately. We might be saying the same sort of thing. Afflalo should only play if the other 14 guys are injured lol but Speights can actually provide an nba skill at times at least.

Yea exactly... it's nothing new... everybody knew this when we signed mo... if he gets hot let him shoot until he cools off and take him out...if he miss his first 3 shots And is gettin abused on offense by a player you get him the hell outta there fast...everyone here saw this from day 1

Yeah... but we know this is what Vogel does. If you give him a crappy vet, he will play him. He is biased and favors veterans. There is a double standard in how he reacts to mistakes by various players which seemingly always reflects their experience.

Just stopped by to say I hope that Vuch-and all our injured players-heal up quickly. Forgetting about the game, I know an injury impact day-to-day living so I hope they are healing and staying strong.

Go Magic, Go Dwight, Go Vuc, Go Paolo, Go Keegan :)
