It still astounds me how he lasted 5 years.

They all had at least some logical rationale at the time. That is, all but the dumping-Tobias-Harris-for-expiring-contracts one, which made zero sense before, during, and after the move. Thanks, Skiles/Martins.

I voted for hiring Scott Skiles.

Because I knew that hire was a mistake before we even hired him. And because the rebuild was going to plan until that moment, once Skiles got here, everything went to crap.

I think the Tobias Harris trade was the worst move.

We got nothing for trading a young player we found and developed. Literally undid the good he did.

At least we got Terrence Ross(decent to filler contract) and a pick from Dipo.

Yes it was clearly done to appease Skiles too. He goes to Detroit for two guys that just happen to have played for Skiles? And to make matters worse Jennings had a good first game and then went right down the tubes the rest of the year. Ersan was decent but you know you're only going to get 9 or 10 pts and some boards out of him each night. And that off season they're both gone.

Yeah I wasn't too enthused either because he had been run out of or left after a short time every place he coached. It smacked of a PR move by Martins the former PR guy and best bud of Skiles.

I gotta go with biyombo because deadman had to get the axe... he was a player I really wanted to stay with us... and it would had cost much cheaper than signing biyombo...
