I've always been used to playing pick up basketball when playing basketball, So I wonder what I could on the court with a good coach even in a pick up setting like LA fitness? Pick up basketball is kinda like do what you want to do whether/ when you decide to set picks/ screens, shoot as soon as your open, drive when need be, switch on defense when necessary, etc. I wonder what things would be like if say an NBA coach or College coach walks into LA fitness and they decide to coach to these random 5 players on the court. What would it be like in a pick up game to be running set plays/ calls on offense?
