Injuries are never good sign but there is no reason to panic about it just yet. Ofc whenever big man ( not by position, but by size ) has some leg injury it always gets scary but we have for example Julius Randle who missed 81 games and like 34 min of his rookie year and never was hurt again . Ofc worst case is Oden .

Adding muscles is always controversial topic because adding muscle should help you hold your bones but also your body makes no difference between muscles and fat ( that's why bodybuilders ,among many other reasons, die from heart attacks early in their life ).

Easiest solution for this is banned one. Steroids. They help you heal faster and build muscles,but again, they are allegedly illegal in nba,but whoever tried to find anything how NBA tests their players will figure out that testing is complete joke and athletes know in advance when they will tested and only rookies can be tested without their permission. It allows everybody else,especially older ones to cycle. That's why guys like Dwight look like they look ( honestlly, every single fitness coach will laugh in your face if you think Dwight isn't roided up ).
George Karl in his book ( i think it was book ) said that half of nba is roided up.
"Best" example of guy with lierally every single side effect of steroid is Wade, from jaw getting bigger out of nowhere ,hair loss, puberty acnes... I would not bet my money that Oladipo and Lowry were clean when they dropped that much fat in short period of time without losing muscle mass..

I think Oladipo is doping for sure. A lot of guys are. Just no way that something so prevalent in every other sport is not happening in hoops.

A really crazy thing I have heard from some reliable folks in my world are that young guys like Ben Simmons in high school were encouraged to take HGH as teens to assist in growth. Many suspect that guys like Simmons/Isaac..guys that had "growth spurts" were aided by HGH.

Essentially some of these giant Pgs and real freakish players may be products of HGH at a younger age.

I hate to post that type of rumor but it is so applicable to the discussion. And I never heard Isaac's name associated with those things, so I would strike that. I absolutely heard Simmons name though, but again, there is no proof. It is just something to think about in terms of where player development is going and how prevalent NBA doping most likely is.

That's a real interesting video.The fact that Isaac studied film of KD and expresses that's what he wants to be does not really surprise me much at all, but it's cool to see how focused he was on it.
