Thank you WeHam! Now move Vuc and Fournier. I don’t care if it is a second rounder, just move them. Waste of roster spot! Let Ross and Simmons get the most burn at SG and Bamba at C!

ALL HANDS AT DECK! WeHam, trust me: I’ve been following this team since 1990 and right now Vuc and Fournier’s hand are the last thing you need!

What makes Ross or Simmons better than Evan?
Both are career backups. Ross can't drive ,draw fouls or pass, Simmons has tunnel vision.

Fournier was starter since he came here 4 years ago and with that span of time did not carry this team to progression but instead he and other starters regressed! I am holding all the starters including Vuc and even Gordon more responsible to the dismay of this team. Hennigan is gone A+, Payton gone A+ now the remaining starters must be gone before new season comes back in. Ross and Simmons just came in and they are less responsible. I will give them a year or two to see what they can contribute to the progression of this team.

I think you should blame Stuff instead. He's been here from the start and the franchise hasn't won any championship yet.

If he’s our center instead of Vuc, I may

I wouldn't be surprised if Simmons do, IIRC, he played PG, instead of Elf, for us when we had the strong start to the season.

Might as well. The previous take is a great example of how social media generation encourages drama over reasonable thinking :nonono:

There might be a lot less chess going on here than a lot of posts here seem to reflect. I mean, it's a chance to cut $5m in salary from the backup at the weakest position on the team. You don't really need a lot of other incentive to pull the trigger on that.

Meanwhile, how much cap space do we have now after that move?

I agree. I think they said “Do we want to spend $6M this year in Shelvin Mack?” And the answer was “Nope”. No need for other scenarios. I think they may have other hopes or strategies but so do the other 29 teams so I don’t think something is already set. This may just have been a si how player decision.

imagine that. Your numbers decrease when you are forced to play out of position against bigger/stronger players. And Evan wasnt a fulltime starter when he first got here.

Considering we didn't take a single PG in the Draft, and then releasing Mack, I looks like (I hope) this management team has a good indication on who there going to sign as a PG. Also, I'd sign Scottie Wieblkin for min. as our 3rd stringer.
