Vuc is not serbian, he is from Montenegro.
In general guy was mr International since he was baby. Both partents were pro BB players, he was born in Switzerland, raised in Belgium ,his parnets later played in Bosnia, was moved to Montenegro as young teen,but left ex Yugoslavia for USA when he was 16-17.

That's probably biggest reason why he loves Orlando, it's only place in his life where he spent more than few 2,3 years before he had to move.
