There is the fact that there is no such thing as a quick fix cure. Any solution to put this franchise on path towards building a contender would take a solid 3-6 years. People need to accept that and quit thinking that any management is going to be able to draft/trade their way to a competitor within one or two seasons. That only happens in NBA2k or vary large markets.

Agree which is why its even more depressing that even in the best case scenario we are not looking to fielding a competitive team until the end of the NEXT decade. Holy moly
