Phoenix is hopless.
OKC has a huge number of assets.
Memphis is well managed.
From that: I like Memphis to result / retool fastest. In the end tank. etc. is all about understanding the market. Memphis has to me a strong stake to rebound very quickly.
OKC has a lot of assets, but will they use those wisely.
Phoenix is poorly managed.
