Fultz over DJ is the obvious one. MCW/TRoss over Fournier? Aminu over AG? Aminu over Vuc? Aminu over AG?
To me DJ, Fournier, and Vuc, just look so old an unathletic this year. Unfortunately with Vuc and his contract, you almost have to start him so he can retain some value.

AG and DJ and Ross feasting on 2nd units might get their heads right, while Aminu, Isaac, Fultz, and Evan might happily orbit Vuc

Re: Do we need a change in the starting lineup?
It's simple really..
Fultz needs to start over Augustine
Iwundu deserves MCW's minutes
Birch need to be the first big off the bench

Re: Do we need a change in the starting lineup?
Only lineup change I think would 100% only give positive effects is Birch in for Bamba.
I want Fultz to start but a Fultz-Isaac-Gordon with Vuc type of lineup just seems like it'll be so cramped. Even though it's had good numbers so far.

Ross needs to start hitting shots. That alone solves the Magic's worries.
The good news: Orlando plays NYKs next. That should be a good team for Orlando to try to diversify the offense on.

Re: Do we need a change in the starting lineup?
i voted no because nobody will change lineup after 3 game.
Well, Fizale, but when i say nobody i only count nba coaches that know anything about basketball. He should not coach 5 years old basketball let alone teens, or god forbid seniors.

I don't think we NEED a change. It'll happen when they feel the time is right.

Re: Do we need a change in the starting lineup?
Its waaaaaay too soon for that.
The stable and repeatable factor is that the D has been good...this was expected and sustainable. The anomaly is the poor shooting from players who shoot better than they have in specific shot locations...and its a very tiny sample. Just like an unusually hot shooting start, that will almost surely revert to its mean as the rotations and new season wears in.
As far as what changes I think will happen:
• If Markelle continues to play the way he has in the first 3 games, I think Fultz will overtake the starting PG spot sometime in near future.
• The 10 man rotation will be dropped to 9 soon. MCW is just way too impactful to keep off the floor. I see Bamba's minutes getting cut as he just hasn't developed enough yet to continue gifting him minutes. I see Clifford preferring to play Isaac at the 5 more often - creating deserved minutes for MCW and Aminu.
Starters: Fultz / Fournier / Gordon / Isaac / Vucevic
+ rotation combinations with DJ / Ross / MCW / Aminu
Bamba and Birch's minutes will come when an opposing bench stays big and the front court can't handle the size. As of now, Bamba has played himself out of the 9 man rotation.

Re: Do we need a change in the starting lineup?
I certainly don’t think a change is coming in Game 4, but if things continue on like they have the first three games, they’ll have no choice but to put Fultz into the starting lineup over Augustin.
Maybe around the 15 game mark.

Do we need a change in the starting lineup?
I suspect if there was a poll BEFORE opening night, Yes would have it.
I like Ross and Fultz off of the bench to create scoring. I like Carter-W=illiams in a 10-man rotation (and I do not like Iwundu to have his minutes).
For me the starters and the bench are not the problems. Rotations might be. Shooting is.
Putting Fultz in for Augustin is not going to improve Ross and Gordon's shooting (both are sub-30 right now).

Re: Do we need a change in the starting lineup?
Yes. Augustin never really earned a starting role. It just sort of defaulted to him because... Jerian Grant? Fultz has closed the last two games and he has been coming on very early as a substitute after around four minutes. I think it's obvious that Clifford is working towards putting him into the starting lineup. I don't know that that is the best allocation of our resources, but it can't hurt given the way our starting unit is struggling.
