Nope he just sucked.

He had few games where he looked like he found some energy, and now again he looks like he does not give a damn about anything. First thing he did when he entered a game was slap ball that touched glass for no reason and given angle of a shot, guy would probably miss it anyway.

Wizards are missing FIVE best players

Good win tonight to boost the moral for the next hard road trip. I expect at least 2 victories.

I really miss the old 100 page game threads...

i wouldnt call it the best of his career.

against Toronto, he had 9 pts, 11 rebs, 3 assts, 4 blocks.
had a 13 pts 11 rebs in 18 mins
ended the months his rookie year with us almost averaging a double double

its up there though

Of course you are correct. But that's simply why losing this as a home game would have been unacceptable.

And it is not as if Orlando is super healthy these days (Birch as starting PF; no forward depth at all; no 3rd string PG; etc. ).

I really hope Birch will expand his skill set and make our rotation next year. He is not the cleanest fit with Isaac, Gordon and Aminu, but i could see him fitting well with Okeke and he definitly fits with Ross, Dj and Fournier. Unless we give up on Bamba which is not likely, Khem will need to add a midrange or 3 point shot during offseason.
My money is on Banchero going number 1 !

Yep, it's must win type of game where no matter how much you blew them up nobody will care, yet if you lose fanbase will be outraged.
That being said East in general is such a mess. Hawks lost like 22 of last 26 games or something like that, Knicks at one point lost 10 in a row, Cavs had streach where they lost 14 of 15 games, Bulls are bad, Pistons are looking for another rebuild, Hornets are 10 games below .500 and somehow in playoff "hunt".
Nets for whole lenght of a season are missing top 5 and top 20 player, yet probably will be playoff team.

East or whole concept of playoffs needs hot-fix as soon as possible. I have been watching nba for more or less 20 years, i can't remember season where you can predict outcome of almost every single game based on record. Last night Spurs beating Bucks was only suprise in 9 games played. Top is crowded with 10-13 good to great teams ( yet even there you can predict 4 teams who will come from their conference to finals) and there are 17 teams who are below .500

Well, I've said this a number of times. He reminds me of Payton who had to be told to play with energy. When he did, he was good, but often times he simply lacked the motor to be a good NBA player. Much like Mo hed bring done every for a few games then It'd slow taper off. No amount of working out changes a person's mental approach to the game.
I mean look at Birch. Eveeything he did came off of energy plays. They don't run plays for him. He earns everything. Mo not even trying seems like he feels entitled.
