So really this boils down to Wendell Carter Jr. for Jordan Poole and Jonathan Kuminga.

That is a trade that ultimately I would have to do given Bamba's presence, Isaac's impending return at PF and the fact that the top of the 2022 draft appears heavy on PF/C types.

And this is coming from someone who was quite vocally against drafting Kuminga this past year. He's merely a lotto ticket at SF in this scenario.


Would you see Poole as a future starter (meaning Fultz and Hampton are both off of the bench)? As that certainly justifies trading Carter (and freeing up his cap space to resign Poole when that time comes).

did Poole look any better his first couple of years than RJ? not to me.
