I think in this game Cole did pretty well in deciding when to attack and when to defer. I also think he played defence with good intent, particularly early. Unfortunately, as the game went on, his concentration seemed to waver and in the end, he gave away an important three to Hart (?) when he went under a screen.

Also it's nice to see Suggs, JI and Fultz on the bench. Hopefully, we get all 3 back soon.

Nice effort from the starters. But I am really getting interested here in Schofield. He had another really strong bench effort. He is playing ball at an NBA level.

Should the Magic wave Brazdeikis to sign Schofield to a full 2-way deal? When Carter-Williams returns, Brazdeikis is redundant and the Magic will need forward depth. This makes sense to me.

Cole has games where he flashes ability to keep offence running and keeping turnovers low. But he simply has that scoring mentality where he has need to "take over" a game at some point . And much like it's case with Westbrook, Irving and many other shoot first PGs ( even Lillard) it turns into doom for his own team.

Cant really blame him on this. He is the best shot creator on this team, as currently constructed.

I think Franz is the best shot creator. I'd rather see them swap usage and Franz gets 30 and Cole 20.

Our offense didn't open up until they started passing the ball to Franz in the 3rd quarter.

Lost this game on Mosley leaving the bench in for too long at the start of the 4th when we had momentum going in. And Chuma playing both ends like trash.

This was the 1st game where Carter impressed me, he was playing great defense. I'd like to see our 2ways waived, Mulder for a shooter had one good quarter and never regained it since. Iggy is unfortunate getting Covid he could've got pt to show something but Admiral is playing well and kinda want him to stay. Gillespie I'd like to keep on the other 2way, his instincts on the defense end is really nice, offensively not great but can be worked on, he's definitely a Birch replacement.
