If COVID did not exist we would still have 6 players out tonight with injuries, including four starters or starter-level players. So when this whole G-League thing ends management still won't be trying to field a competitive team.

Watching this for all 4 quaters is interesting experience.
That guy throwing pass in 5th stand is probably Magic season in one move.

I would say this is worst nba season since 1998-98 and that infamous lockdown. That year some teams didn't met at all in regular season, there was no allstar game.
But this year quality of games is just awful as every night you just expect bunch of non-nba players play.

A game to forget. What a stinker for both teams.

Oh absolutely; it's like going to a michelin rated restaurant but being served a big mac with fries.

Nets- Clippers game has tickets that are basically all +60$ and there will be no : George, Durant, Irving or Kawhi.
Paying $200 for ticket to watch Claxston vs Zubac

It seems to me that we have a lot of guys that collapse into the paint when the shot goes up. I know it's a crotchety old guy thing to say, but we need to box out better. When the shot goes up, get your ass on someone. If everyone does that, your team is going to rebound well. Boxing out isn't something you only do when you are standing under the basket. You can box a guy out 15 feet from the rim. It doesn't seem to me that effort is the issue.
Also crotchety is "set a good pick"...that and boxing out are the kind of simple basics that can change anything...I don't claim to be an NBA coach but I can't stand to see these two fundamentals ignored. Both are unselfish and transformative for team results...Probably what RoLo was brought in to scream at our bigs about. Boxing out by bigs in this era of rebounding guards is so important but so thankless (on the stat sheets and contract negotiations). You really think Steph Curry is jumping over people for those rebounds? GSW has selfless bigs like Draymond and Looney that buy-in and the team prospers.
