Cade would at least solid if he is not tagged along Isaiah Stewart. Amount of times that boy rolls in right direction is amazing. Somebody should attach earplugs and tell him directions from bench.

The fact that in the post interview Jalen said he took the defense personally, makes me really excited for this team. Having young guys who take the losing personally, and really responding shows that they are way ahead of the first rebuilt team. Yes, we’re bad this year, decimated by injuries, but the mentality of this team is so much better.

It's only one game but based on it, you cannot say The Magic are the worst team in The League and they will have a good second half of the season.

And-1

For me a easy and useful stat to rank the teams is simply point differential. Orlando is much, much better than Detroit occurring to this stat.

Detroit now has only one win more over the Magic. I think we fans can reasonably assume Orlando will finish as the 29th team (Catching OKC and Houston is a Hill to high to climb in my opinion).

I was wondering a few days ago how is it possible that Detroit are a worse offensive team than us, I don't anymore, this was a perfect demonstration. What a dreadful offensive performance by them. So many bricks, so many idiotic shots early in the shot clock...Cade was a horrible night, not only he missed everything, but most of his misses weren't even close to going in.

But credit to our players too, they played a very solid game on both ends. It was one of those games everything was going right, too bad it had to happen in the tanking derby. Chuma finally shot well, and he's been quite impressive on D lately. Franz was great. Suggs is a difference maker on D and played more under control on offense.

#1 rookie supposedly was crossing his fingers the Magic would hit that #1 lottery ball.

First time I heard of this.

Don't recall no one here even mentioned Cunningham.
For sure we wanted the #1 pic but not necessarily to pick him

If we got the #1 pick, we would have picked Cade 100%.

I thought it was pretty evident that Franz was our best point man as demonstrated in those handful of games where he was in that role.

Let’s give Suggs a bunch of credit for disrupting Cade and putting him in that offensive funk tonight.

Not so sure. We tried to trade up for Mobley, at least that was reported. Mobley is a lot more Weltman player than Cade.

Cade’s price was much higher.

I’m back on board if Bamba can bring energy every 1 game out of 3/4 games for the remaining of the season. That would be a big improvement and potential to get it even closer to every game next season.

I didn't see a difference in energy. I saw a difference in decision-making. He had the push in the back to give up an easy 3-point play, but otherwise he didn't have any glaring mistakes.

Wagner free throw % has sneakily climbed to 85%, since november its 88% on 3.8 attempts per game. Over 50% 2p%. What a monster we have on our hands ?
