He was also known for being very gassy and dropping bombs in the locker room. He also fathered a bunch of illegitimate children with his numerous baby mamas. Howard is many things. His body is not his temple. To each their own.

I'm sure you are a fan of Dwight Howard. That's fine. That was an absurd statement. Just don't say dumb **** to slam some dude you don't like. Bamba is a legit big. He isn't a 6'9" athlete masquerading as a big. They have completely different body types. That's why they don't move similarly.

Dwight Howard's diet might have been bad, but who cares about how many kids he fathered.. I am not a fan of Dwight as a person, but by your comment I can tell you are still not over Dwight.

Dwight Howard's body was ridiculous during his days in Orlando. He clearly worked on it even if his diet was bad. The guy could play a full 48 and not look tired! Bamba plays the first 2 minutes of a game and already looks exhausted and can't run down the court.

Stop making excuses for Bamba.. He is trash at this point and the fact that he can't even back down a PG is sad.

I couldn't give a **** less about Howard. I don't care how many children he has fathered. His personal life isn't my business.

Frequent unprotected sex with numerous women and a junk-food diet that would kill an average human exemplifies the care he took for his body? All he is missing is a heroin addiction and a couple DUIs.

You liked Howard. Great. You don't like Bamba. Fine. Don't say dumb **** and you won't get called out for saying dumb ****.

I'm almost positive Dwight juiced. He didn't have a natural-type look back then and 40% of that starting lineup got caught using banned performance enhancers.

I'm pretty sure if that was true he would've been caught, like Rashard. The guy was 20-25 at his peak, its not too far to say it was natural/hard work. Could he have, sure, but hard work still has to be put in to get his endurance/body physique.

That play in the first quarter where Green ran down and beat Bamba down the court was it for me. I have always been a Bamba supporter, but he just doesnt have the endurance to play big minutes in the NBA.

Watching Bamba play really shows how rare of a talent Dwight was and how great he took care of his body. Bamba always looks like he went 12 rounds against Tyson. Sad that he will never have the endurance to play at a decent level in the NBA.

Dwight Howard most assuredly didn't take care of his body.

I would bet every cent of money i ever made that majority of Dwight's era he was on PED that allowed him to eat like s*** and still walk around with workable sub 14% bodyfat and having that cartoonish shoulders.
And every single nutritionist, gymrat, people with college degree in kinesiology said the same.

Bamba has wide shoulders ( genetic predetermination) but in general is simply underdeveloped in terms of muscle mass and has thin legs. No, not calves, those are very much genetic but quads, glutes...

But that's not Bamba's biggest issue. Biggest issue is simply lack of basketball talent and insticts.
Not fair comparison but just ( crappy looking ) mini video of rookie TIm Duncan. He simply understood how to attack angles and how to assert himself despite not being strongest, fastest nor most mobile big out there.

I'm not sure what's there to even argue about him, among all Magic rotation players, only Hampton has worst net rating. He is both sides negative, guy is losing PT to Okeke...
He belongs to bench. Deep bench of 10-12 mpg, occasional 3 point shot, 1 block ,2-3 rebounds. All that while playing on team with heavy support of veterans around him, like it was case in only season for Orlando where he wasn't net negative, playing behind Ross, DJ Augustin and others.

Wonder if the 41 point 4th quarter without Cole means his minutes may get cut?

Maybe Mosley decided to wait with bigger changes until Fultz returns. It will be easier emotionally for players to accept. Anthony is not playing like a starter for whole year minus one month. Bamba is not playing like a starter for whole season minus few games.
My money is on Banchero going number 1 !

They don't need to wait for Fultz' to return to bench Cole. They just start Suggs and Harris.
