I spent a lot of time digging into tape on WCJ when we traded for him. One of the reasons I was exceptionally high on the trade for us is because after doing so, I saw how valuable of a player WCJ could become. He was already a borderline walking double-double in Chicago, but due to various factors (injuries, role, roster, confidence) he couldn't consistently put it all together.
I'd love to see Clifford start to develop his stretch 5 game as he did with Vuc. I can guarantee you that WCJ will play for him. He's a great screen setter, PnP threat, as well as a solid rebounder. Clifford is going to be tasked with breaking him out of his shell offensively which I think he's going to be able to do. There is a skillset to work with.
This was my post earlier in this thread, && I think for the most part this is what has happened. I give more credit to Mosley here than Clifford, but I think the biggest development with WCJ this year is an increase in confidence.
Alot of the things he's done this season are things he did in flashes in Chicago. I posted earlier in this thread highlights showcasing that, but the biggest thing is he's had the green light to consistently experiment this year with his game offensively and he's only grown as a player as his confidence in his abilities have.
This continues to be my favorite comp:
