Couple of things
1 - Yeah he probably does have that much value. Just because YOU guys dont want to think so, but dude is a former top 10 pick who had improved each of his first 3 year and last year was a 24ppg guy on good shooting (47/47/83) and averaged almost 5 apg, and is only 23 yo
2 - Sure he was drafted high, but what makes you think Suggs has that kind of value at this point? He had an injury prone rookie year and plays so physical that teams might be scared off by his style of play. He also proved to be a VERY poor shooter (36/21/77) and was a poor player by most advanced metrics. So Let me ask you, why would suggs be worth more than Sexton? Because of his college hype? Dont forget that suggs wasnt a great shooter in college, so its not like its just a slump. We wont even mention that he has poor handles for a starting NBA point guard. Sure he was better than this year, but not exactly torching the net from deep
Take off the homer shades and try giving me one good reason why a team would value suggs over sexton?

You don't trade a 1 year removed #5 pick (and potentially more picks) for a guy, coming off a season ending injury, and coming into a major contract season. Orlando is also in a complete rebuild. It's that simple. I don't think thats a homer take. Other assets would make more sense.
The other thing is that IF they moved on from Suggs in this hypothetical scenario they would be targeting someone else with a different skillset. They wouldn't make the trade to have the same exact issues and player archetype. That makes no sense.
Like I said earlier in this thread... I like Collin Sexton as a player very much. I don't think he fits next to Markelle or Cole in the backcourt at ALL. He solves nothing for Orlandos spacing issues.
ps. Im the least homer poster on this board, or at least I feel like I am 90% of the time.

Jarrett Culver was the 6th pick and traded after 2 season
Cam Reddish was the 10t pick and traded after 2 seasons
Wendell Carter was the 6th pick and traded after 2.5 seasons
Lonzo Ball was the 2nd pick and traded after 2 seasons
Josh Jackson was the 4th pick and traded after 2 seasons
Fultz (i get weird situation) was the 1st pick and traded after 1.5 years
But here you go.....Kris Dunn, 5th pick in 2016, traded after 1 season
Hell i can go way back to Mike Miller\Drew gooden traden when gooden was traded 51 games into his career after being the 4th pick for Mike Miller who was the #5 overall pick the year before and rookie of the year
Can keep going, but there are plenty of top 5-10 picks who were traded very early in their careers, this wouldnt be a freak occurrence.
