Only upside i see is that we wont need Jabari when we will have Bertans
My money is on Banchero going number 1 !

First thing to consider here is why tross wants out. He wasn't put in a position to succeed on a team that was actively trying to lose games. He didn't have a real role. He was greenlighted on the second unit and every opposing team new it so he was smothered and stifled and still told to keep shooting, which crippled his production and shooting percentages. I don't blame him for wanting out.

Now if getting the #1 pick, getting fultz back, and hopefully getting JI back changes the course for the team-as in we try to win, and we have a somewhat set rotation then I think the best thing to do is have a conversation with him about it and what his role would be on the team. He can still be a good contributor and could definitely help shore up the guard lineup. I guess it comes down to what we're shooting for.
