Just curious, but doesn't NBA discourages/disallows those kinds of vehicles? Motorcycles and the like? I mean with what happened to Jay Williams and if true, Fultz?

I just looked into it.
He says it wasn't due to any motorcycle accident but I can't find any info on what/if there was a separate incident where he did have a motorcycle accident.

As a motorcyclist, this sort of thing interests me.
And AFAIK, the Motorcycle thing may be a stipulation for Insurance on their Basketball career.
Four-wheelers may be except, I don't know.
