Walker Kessler fits, not the biggest Jaden Hardy fan but I would still be interested in taking a homerun swing and drafting him.

I just hope we dont punt on these picks again. 32 and 35 are good picks!!

Memphis at 22 (and 29), Brooklyn at 23, Milwaukee at 24, Dallas at 26, Miami at 27, and Golden St. at 29: these are teams that would easi;y consider 32 and 35 for a first, perhaps with Ross (as a rental expiring) to eat a multi-year deal.

Frankly this is a no brainer for me: Joe Harris and #23 for Ross, #32, and #35. Something like that seems probable to me. That said, I cannot see Miami making a trade with Orlando under any context.

..

Mid 20s or worse, I'd rather keep the two 2nds, draft 1, stash 1.

Harris owed $18.5m and $20m over the next 2 years. and he is hurt. #23 would be required to move Harris in a vacuum. if that is on the table, i would want to keep #32.

I'd look real hard at grabbing 23 from now 76ers since Brooklyn deferred the 1st round pick back to 2023.

That could Kessler or Williams or Moore or Laravia or Branham!!!!!!!
A scoring guard.. never heard of one.

His shotmaking and scoring would be a great addition to the rotation.
Also has some playmaking upside

A draft with Smith and Hardy would be great.

Orlando should try to trade their second round picks for another first round pick and grab Hardy.

I don't think he'd fall far enough to reach where we could land with 32/35/asset, but it would be a very WeltHam pickup and it could potentially be a canny move. Mid risk, high reward.

Kinda of an “older” tweener. Decent shooter who can score off the ball in motion. I thought he was really good athletically. Another 3D guy.

Jake is definitely one of my guys. He has an all around game and really high motor which I like in players.

At the top of the draft it's always bpa. Later on in the draft is where you can focus more on team fit.

I'm a big believer in playing your 5 best players the most. So for me the most realistic depth chart is
Fultz/suggs
Chuma/RJ
Franz/???
Jabari/Isaac
WCJ/Bamba

I know most on here are not as high on chuma as I am but I see that x factor player in him. Most have him slotted as franz backup at the 3 but I don't. So I like the idea of taking a shot at Nikola jovic to fill that backup 3 spot

Some interesting concepts on what Ross + 32 + 35 could bring.

Mostly a low FRP. OMD link: 5 teams to target to trade back into the first round

But one trade really stands out for me: Ross + another vet for Steven Adams + 22 + 29 (as I understand the idea).

Orlando won't carry five rookies, so the two SRPs would be dumped if the above trade happended.

But the cost lines of 22 + 29 are something the Magic can and would absorb to upgrade talent over 32 + 35.
Consider for example Kendall Brown and Walker Kessler over EJ Liddell and Patrick Baldwin. that is a substantial uplift.

Plus: Adams is OG and I would love him on this roster to take Lopez' roster slot. He would have a real chance to set the record in fouls given per minute.

I like him. He has an NBA body and he is a plus athlete. He has a beautiful shot. Beyond that, he is pretty raw. The skill level needs to come up a lot. He might never be more than a 3nD wing, but he has the tools to excel in that role. He just needs a lot of time and good coaching.
