I would. Joe would be a great 2nd or 3rd option. the problem is his contract.

Knowing that Dwight opts-in, no.

We have much better options in 2013.

we would, but DAMN....

Dwight
Smith
??
Joe Johnson
Nelson

that team would be pretty damn tight. still lacks that go-to guy (which the Hawks lost when Crawford left), but maybe Nelson could step into that role?

question is, what would the Hawks take back for that? and why?

We need to get rid of JRich. He is such a bad fit it seems. Something about him just looks and feels so out of synch with the rest of our guys

Magic Management is being quiet, maybe going to announce something during or after the game?

Nope. jinxes aren't real.

Exactly... I honestly hate stupid stuff like that, for real lol (I have friends that are like that too)... and there are actual people in the world who live their lives believing that kind of stuff too (aside from actual mental disorders, illnesses, or habits; that I understand)... There are folks who like to put the blame on somebody else (scapegoat) in order to find a delusional reason for why something bad had occurred.

But hey... again if blaming me makes people feel better then go right ahead... I just think there are more constructive and better ways to release your frustrations out on than a stranger on a basketball forum who's just trying to make this forum a better/fun place for everyone.

So, a quick evaluation on our prospects going into the homestretch.

9/10 of our most used lineups are positive. That one lineup that is lagging, Duhon/Redick/QRich/Baby/Howard, is hopefully on the down trend, I've not bee paying attention. But I think that is a pretty clear indictment of our depth, we don't look pretty going 9 deep right now. Overall though, very positive that 9/10 lineups are positive.

The Dwight|Anderson duo is dominating plus-minus right now, I mean just really carrying the team. I understand not buying into Ryan's numbers right now but half-way through the season and he is putting out all star quality.

We are top 8 in 4/8 Four Factors, including eFG%, opponent eFG%, DRB%, and opponent FT/FGA. That tends to be the Magic DNA under SVG, good shooting teams that play stellar defense, and this team is continuing the tradition.

We are 9th in margin of victory, 5th in the East. That is concerning, I would really like to see this improve over the next 23 games. Hollinger shows us as 6th overall, 4th in the East. Still, not great but I'll take it. We need to improve.

All in all I'd still say this is our worse team in the SVG era, but we are showing signs of getting better. Our margin of victory is trending upwards quite significantly, and with the trade deadline passing we could see chemistry improve. I would love to see Stan move JJ in to the SL, and for the FO to bring in some bench help, but otherwise I think we are positioned well to play the spoiler.

Ping just said Dwights agent, Fegan, is saying that none of the opt in stuff is true and that they (Dwight and Fegan) plan on going into tomorrow the same way that they have been planning to for months.

J-Rich needs to kick rocks.....Too inconsistent and virtually brings nothing to the table that Redick can't emulate
