The fact we actually have to rely on Evan depresses me more than anything. He is getting lit up by anyone that he is guarding while giving us nothing offensively. If he does opt in, you have to find his replacement regardless.

Matthews has completely ripped the soul out of #10. I'd sit him the rest of the series. Its flat out pathetic at this point.

Vooch is playing lights out. Fournier is trying hard but is an offensive eyesore still.

Will Bud adjust the Bucks offense and get them on a 3Q roll? If so, could we respond? Would like to see us get Ross and Iwundu cutting like we did in Game 1.

Not a bad half. Fournier still awful. Fultz hustling more. Vucevic has been solid.

Bucks look worse than they did last year. Maybe playing down to competition. Giannis looks exactly the same as he did last playoffs. I would be concerned if I was them

We may never get anywhere with the pieces we have but the defensive scheme is there we just don't have a good enough creator. They don't grow on trees so we will probably never get one and we will continue to cycle through pieces that never amount to much.

Any complaint about Evan looks silly when you look at Middelton and his epic $177M contarct for 11 ppg

Evan.......What are you good for man? It's one thing for Vuc to be bad defensively but at least more often than not he gives some effort he's just not skilled on that side of the ball.....But Evan? NO EFFORT AT ALL.....gets away with doing the least just to maybe conserve energy for the offensive end....but you're not even doing anything on the offensive side either and you're not playmaking so WHAT ARE YOU GOOD FOR? It's like he's already mentally checked out and is just going through the motions....What makes it worse he's going to opt in and make his 17 million for piss poor effort like this....If he opts in HE BETTER BE TRADED AT THE DEADLINE OR I'M RAISING HELL AROUND HERE!!!!

Magic are competing so that is good to see. The problem though is that the mental lapses are appearing too much for Orlando and Milwaukee has punished them every single time. Clifford made a slight adjustment to have Evan in there with the 2nd unit but who cares if Evan is not going to look for his shot at all. He offers nothing if he isn't scoring because he absolutely gets overwhelmed on the other end defensively.

The Magic have to play sharper if they want to win this.

Middleton actually defends though. Evan provides nothing but offense so when he isn't doing that it's hard to justify him being out there.

Him, Horford and Harris are cautionary tales what not to do as GM in free agency.
It's worst thing that happends to a semi contender. They are capped out and can't add player via FA, so they have to overpay average player just to not lose him ( Horfod thing is little bit different, still mad props for Celtics to not give him that contract ).

Evan is playing good defense, Matthews shot some ridiculous shots. The Evan hate is really mind boggling to me. His shot is not falling but he is moving the ball, driving and kicking, making good rotations on defense. Hate is blinding a lot of eyes here, where other players make mistake after mistake and its all good.

Thing is though at one point Horford was worth that kind of money, Not harris though.....it's just for some reason Horford became a shell of himself

By most stats he isn't much of a defender... I don't watch Bucks often enough to know. I assume that if you send him to worst defensive team he would be liability or below average defender. Limited mobility, average athlete ( probably below average for position), average wingspan... I reached point with him where he reminds me of Evan , Brogdon and Jrue Holiday. Their stats always look sexy... until you start watch them play and it strikes you how average they are.

I agree, people on this board have an agenda against Evan and VUC. Euro racism?

Fournier has been slightly better tonight.

He hasnt been doing the dribble jump turnover passes from the last 2 games, has been chasing on D for the most part and he hit the one open 3.

But 1-6... Vic Law isnt going to save us, we need more from Evan to win this game.
