Does this loss help out in drafting or is that based on our playoff position?

It could have helped, but there isn't a team that can match 41 wins or surpass it out of the teams with fewer wins than us so it didn't matter.

In scenario where Heat, Magic, Kings, Dallas miss playoffs ,we would have 96,6% drafting 14#. Basically lock.

So if both the Nuggets Rockets & Clippers Warriors are toss up games (50/50), that gives a 25% chance the Nuggets end up 7th seed.

I'd take the more pessimistic route and say 20%

For sure, we have better high level talent (although Amen is reaching that level quickly)

Doesn't Denver have tie breaker over them?

Funny more bad luck with Denver pick in that regard. Clippers played 3 road games against the Nuggets this year due to the in season tourney.
