It could have helped, but there isn't a team that can match 41 wins or surpass it out of the teams with fewer wins than us so it didn't matter.

I mentioned the pacers win possibly affecting the Denver pick before the start of that game. Also, no one has 2 games left. Today is the last day of the regular season.

I joined the thread around halftime of the Pacers game

But damn you're right, not sure where I read Nuggets vs Warriors.

So who should we be rooting for btwn the Clippers vs Warriors game? Not sure which of the two have a tiebreaker advantage on the Nuggets

Honestly not sure who to root for since I don’t know all the tiebreakers. I’m hoping that Denver falls to the play-ins and then lose both games… giving us a lotto pick :D

I give that a 0.01% chance of happening… but there is a chance

Nuggets will be 7th seed in play in tournament if:
they lose to Houston
Clippers lose to Warriors
Wolves beat Jazz

In scenario where Heat, Magic, Kings, Dallas miss playoffs ,we would have 96,6% drafting 14#. Basically lock.

The Pacers and Cavs are going to OT. We need the Pacers to stay ahead of Denver.

It doesn’t matter. We’re not drafting two rookies.

So if both the Nuggets Rockets & Clippers Warriors are toss up games (50/50), that gives a 25% chance the Nuggets end up 7th seed.

I'd take the more pessimistic route and say 20%

It would be cool if Jokić could miss some shots...

Not surprised he's having a good game

Rockets should focus on neutralizing the rest of the team, and playing physical with Jokic on 1 on 1s.

In mean time Warriors play some epic defense. And refs let them get away with 90s fouls

Nuggets looking like a team that needs to win, Rockets look like their heart isn't fully there. Rockets can't coast on talent, they need to go all out on D to win. Some unfortunate luck for us down the stretch with regards to the Nuggets pick, including playing the Rockets in a mostly meaningless game for them, but still a a chance.

Theyre similar to our team, they have talent but out working other teams is big for them differentiating from their comp

Yup, also similar in that without FVV they are pretty average. Hopefully a stable guard addition can do for us what he does for them.

Curry has been a liability this game, Butler has been their catalyst

For sure, we have better high level talent (although Amen is reaching that level quickly)

I'm hoping Udoka tears into them at half time. Theyre also at home.

If Denver wins, then we want the Clippers to win.

Doesn't Denver have tie breaker over them?

Funny more bad luck with Denver pick in that regard. Clippers played 3 road games against the Nuggets this year due to the in season tourney.
