Dwight says he has recruited guys who "Weren't special players" and wouldn't take a ton to get and he has expressed it to the FO and none of it has happened.

Dwight is basically confirming that Otis Smith isn't doing **** to help Dwight out. We need to make some moves RIGHT NOW to work towards bringing in a star. It's not too late for Dwight to stay.
