...Perhaps one of two things have happened since they've talked to Howard: 1) The Magic have either gotten bad vibes from Dwight, if not a definite answer or 2) they have gotten good vibes from Dwight but are powerless this season to do anything major to improve his stay, unless Chris Paul demands to be traded here...

That helps. If GS still offers them Ellis, I would take that if I were them. But if they're looking for someone to take their bad contracts....then we might have a chance. I don't know how it could work cap wise, but we could give up Jameer, JJ, and Bass who all are expiring in their own way. Who knows what's going to happen at this point....

He's unrestricted. He made $7.3 million last year and is 33. I'd expect him to take a pay cut and sign for the mini-mle IF he chose Orlando. Next step would be J-Rich or another SG.

Probably Miami, we never catch the good breaks...Battier would be a great fit at the starting 3 spot.

1st unit: Nelson/JRich/Battier/Anderson/Howard

2nd unit: Arenas/Redick/Hedo/Bass/Orton

And then still have options for trades...
