This includes Houston's 1st round pick next summer

yep... unfortunate... i grew up with that dude in Tavares, and watched him play... explosive scoring talent

but the Houston situation is very interesting... we all know they want to move Martin and Scola (so they can sign Taylor and play him at SG more)... so is there any way we can pry Martin away from them for our own benefit, or maybe use Houston as a 3rd team in a deal for let's say someone like Iggy or Ellis?

He liked how the offense got good shots whenever Von Wafer ran off of screens. Wafer was effective passing the ball out when defensive help arrived. “We’ve had a lot of unselfish plays, but I thought he probably did the best job of anybody creating offense for himself and his teammates,” Van Gundy said.

Looks like he'll get enough minutes so I don't have to change my sig for awhile.

Just wanna make sure I’ve got this right. Howard says at least four times that he is a ballplayer and not a GM, but takes his ball and goes home when he is not treated like a GM or his attempts at playing GM fall upon deaf ears.
Gimme a break.
Howard said that the players he had previously mentioned on Russian TV this summer – Chris Paul, Deron Williams and Monta Ellis, among others – were just the tip of the iceberg.

Excellent article

You should ask them for 15 million in cash while you are at it. Just as feasible.

The best part of this is that we are predicted to go 80-2 according to the win increase ;)

Hope it's not "descent" value....we want value going up, not down! :)

Wow would you look at that...Von Wafer is outplaying the other guards...Doesn't matter though because you still have the 1 year Mandatory sit on the bench period to learn Stan's system

We have no play makers because Dwight wants out. If he had any intention of staying here he/we could have recruited some talent. Since he let it be known that he wouldn't be here we have not been a desirable destination for anyone looking to move. Dwight screwed this team over. He should have been a man and quietly let the FO know what his plans were so they could prepare/make moves. Instead, he is holding his breath and stomping his feet because he wants us to trade him to the sorry as$ Nets? I hope they refuse to trade him and bench him.

equal value wont happen...but a good big ...a 25ppg scorer thats young...and a young wing with upside seems like better than anything we have heard so far

If Bynum starts off the year with a bang, its a definite possibility. But I'd almost rather keep Bynum if that is the case, hard to find a good center nowadays

EDIT: Would like to find a way to keep Beidrins out of it, never liked him much

If Bynum was healthy Id try to send Gasol instead
but Bynum is an injury prone...

plays only like 50 games a season
I stay away from such players

also
this sole Idea is to get young player in Curry and build around him while staying competitive...
also check lenghth of both gasol and bied contracts end same year

I actually like what Otis is doing. We still need a couple more things, like a veteran big to back up Howard and a veteran PG to backup Nelson. B Davis should be available at PG. Not sure who to look at when it comes to C.

Well, if he hadnt traded for Arenas and Jrich last season we would be in a much better situation, so if Otis isnt doing anything is better for us.

Ignorance...it's sad to behold. I agree with Idunkonyou. Otis has made some solid moves so far. add a vet big on a one year deal and we are good to go.
