I'm surprised that he just openly said that he and Otis aren't cool. OK, no doubt this makes the news tonight or tomorrow, which will make sure that all of Orlando will see it.

Can Otis possibly keep his job, now?

Otis is an idiot... can't believe he hasn't talked to Dwight for a week...

Are there any people that are still on Otis' side at this point? Incredible, we're going to lose a hall of famer because he's treated like a nobody.

Different perceptions I guess. I saw him smiling when being asked if he'd stay if we got CP3, or more help for him. If we get him the guys he needs, there is no reason to leave. I think he was disappointed that Otis hasn't talked to him today. I think he is disappointed that Otis hasn't made any effort to get specific "not special" players that he has suggested. I don't think it's been a personal issue with Otis. They've always seemed to get along well from what I've seen.

Dwight is just deflecting blame to the FO for his leaving. We never heard of this relationship before, we did however hear that he wanted to hit the big city to pursue other interests. We cannot fire OTIS/SVG and everyone else just for Dwight. Orlando would be a horrible orginization. Let me ask you how was Jordans relationship with Jerry, or Kobe's with Mitch. Was Dirk happy when Nash was sent away. GMs run the team, players focus on playing. Dwight is trying to save face, he does not want to be Lebron 2.0.

Otis still has a chance to right the ship... (see: Kobe getting Gasol after asking for a trade out of LA)

Unfortunately, I don't think Otis is competent or savvy enough to pull off a miracle

It's funny though because I remember just last year or so Jameer Nelson saying how close he was with Otis. You always see Otis out there before games talking to players and stuff. I think Dwight is just putting the blame on Otis to save face. Granted I don't think Otis has made great moves either, but we all know Dwight signed off on the two trades last year.

Otis and Dwight get along fine. Dwight's problem is Otis ignoring his opinions on who he would like on the team.

We saw otis made dumb moves and now we find out he driving Dwight away? Can we fire him yet or those idiots on the front office only want morons on their club?

Sad thing is, otis will spin this as Dwight being bitter on his way out and keep his job.

Otis should be fired based on merit alone. The fact that he has also alienated our best player is why the rest of upper management should be cleaned out.

I'd normally agree, but Otis really sucks! We need ANY reason to get him fired. If this was any other competent GM, we'd all be telling Dwight to STFU and play.
