K well, still disagree with him.
Colin Cowherd has been on a weekly tirade against "fair chances" and says they are ridiculous. People that are bit time players are that way because when their turn came they were ready and brought it. He brought up a different story each day of the week but it basically spawned from the whole Linsanity thing. Lin got his opportunity and he nailed it. D'Antoni basically put Lin in as the starter after one game off the bench where he played 36 minutes. Lin before that game averaged 2.5MPG and 3PPG with a ton of DNPCD. Then he blew up in one game. I'm not even calling for Ish to replace our starter, who he could probably come in and at least challenge for mediocrity. I just want him in instead of Duhon. As in the Chris Duhon who started 7 games this season and averages 22MPG and has averages of 3.6PPG, 2.7AST, and 1.8REB. This isn't about fair chances. This is about Stan being blind! Ish comes in when he gets his opportunity and out performs Duhon every time.
I agree. if I was a head coach though, I would play everyone in the beginning of the season with different lineups for at most 15 games just to see which rotations worked. and, which players actually cared at all times, and who works with who, and it would light a fire under players like Hedo and Duhon's ass so they can't half ass it like they do cause they'll lose their spot.
