After riding Dwightmare rollercoaster all July, look for deal to be in place in next 2 weeks. Magic/Rockets, surely. Lakers, maybe. No Cavs.

More like 7 months.

I think Dwight to Houston is getting near... If you go to the Houston twitter, they now are following Dwight boyfriend JRudolph. As we are know Rudolph must be in the package on sending Dwight to Houston.

Dumping JRuldolph in the deal with Howard will be just as sweet as Duhon. They are both overpaid and do their jobs at a middle school level.

Honestly at this point, I would be happy with not dumping any salary as long as we get:
DMo
Lamb
Jones or White or Parsons
Tor pick

houston wants to keep Kevin Martin if at all possible. And I could easily see Parsons beating out Hedo for starting SF and Dmo and Ayon fighting for the starting position. Remember, Ayon may be older, but he has just 1 year in the NBA. so i disagree that any current vets, especially ones like Hedo and KMart, would keep rookies from playing. They might keep someone from starting initially, but it isnt who starts, its who plays and finishes.
But that is not really the point if they can beat them out. You want to maximize their potential trade value. Let them have "career years" and then trade them for young players & picks.
I know its late Sunday night, but I have some information to pass on. First off, I'm fully aware of all the bogus twitter "sources" from ping to vecsey.Even people on here that claim to speak to D12.I'm not going to explain who I know, because it would totally jeopardize my career and his career also. You can take my information with a grain of salt, I frankly don't care. All I ask is if you disagree , then respectfully disagree because I was told not to release this information. Things can change every hour, and they have been. But as of 11pm Sunday July 23 here is what I was told:
Dwight Howard will be traded to the Rockets by Wednesday, and possibly Tuesday depending on Bulls statement. I am not sure why some twitter reporters are saying "2 weeks", that simply isn't what I was told . I could be an agent, a GM, or relative. The more I speak, the more risk I bring to myself. I was told without a doubt, Lamb & Jones are going to the Magic, and that Donatas,Parsons, & White are staying with Rockets. Lakers are not involved. Magic receive picks, and compensation. I will update you with anything else that speeds up the meetings, or changes.
Regardless, I will not say which side I work on, which agent, or which team. I have been told that all parties are happy with the final agreement(except one player, can you guess which one?). Unless Dwight says something outrageous tomorrow, the framework is there and has been agreed to.
Guys, I work 60 hrs a week for an agent. Im retiring for the night. The framework is martin, lamb, jones, picks, morris, non guaranteed , and dh,jr,ch,bbd.
Oh I see, several rocket fans have been tricked over the years so they are skeptical. Like when an insider was telling them on draft night that DH was going there on draft night, and now they all dont believe ****....I understand. Just one problem,DH WAS coming to the rockets on draft night, and the bobcats taking MKG destroyed the 3 way with orlando and kings. Only a few team reps even know about this deal in place on draft night. DH didnt even know.
Doesnt matter. There are some fine asian girls in htown to keep DH happy. Give him some spicy singapore noodles, a lifetime pass to Treasures vip, and he wont think about la,bk,or mavs ever again. We kept Tmac happy this way, we kept Cato happy this way, and kept Sir Charles happy this way. Didnt work on Hakeem, he likes Jordanian girls and left htown. Cato ended up retiring in Atlanta after orlando, got real fat, and literally spends all his money at strip clubs in atlanta. Francis drives around htown lost because he's whack out on bath salts, and mobley is high as a kite on pot because of his "PHARMACY" he opened up in la. In essence, we traded away 3 full blown druggies to you for the rights to Tmac, and we are about to trade another pothead in Lamb for DH. Once you get Lamb, and see his interviews, trust me, all of you are going to say "wtf is he on!!!"
I had posted some stuff I had heard from a relative who works within AEG not too long ago. The info was verified legitimate, so I got a few more nuggets last night. Believe or not believe, I'm still willing to share.
-Lakers were THIS close to acquiring Howard a week and a half ago, until Orlando changed the terms and tried pushing Hedo onto LA at the very last minute. It really irked Jim Buss, who proceeded to give call Hennigan and give him a "verbal assault", from what I was told. Supposedly there's pretty much an unsaid "code" that goes along with trades and more importantly, "trade protocol" that teams stick to, and the fact that Orlando's newly minted GM had the audacity to bypass the "manners system" really infuriated Buss. Word is he handed Henn his lunch, much to Kupchak's chagrin.
-After that blow up, Orlando then changed their "wants" yet again, now focusing on wanting to get cheap expirings, rather than a proven player, along with multiple picks & cap relief. But the rumor was, they still indeed wanted the all star, AND the picks, cap relief, salary dumps, etc. That scared away EVERYONE, including Atlanta, and even Dallas(as if they could even muster a package to begin with), leaving the Lakers still there...and Houston. Word is, without the Rockets in the picture LA would've already had this trade completed, but now they're being leveraged against the Lakers.
-Howard vehemently does NOT want to play in Houston, period. Regardless of contract length incentives by staying with them, Dwight WILL get outta there after the lone season he'd have to play for the team. Morey knows this, and although nobody really knows what he's doing( some GMs and front office people around the league joke that it'd take a "rocket scientist" to understand the guy), his play might be to just muck things up..and maybe get either Howard with the inherit risk attached...or Bynum. One thing I know for certain, is he will NOT gut the entire team for either player.
-Cleveland really, really wants Andrew Bynum. They've been very proactive in trade talks, not resisting being the catalyst for LA to get Howard. They see it as a means to an end in order to pair up Drew along with Irving. They're absolutely in love with that prospect.
-Bynum is receptive to signing long term with either Houston or Cleveland, leaning more toward the Cavaliers. The rumors bug him, but he's certainly used to them and it doesn't make him very upset. He likes that he's wanted.
-Buss has definitely wanted to walk away from talks on numerous occasions, but Mitch has stepped in to calm the situation down.
-One last thing, I hear the Lakers will stay over the cap and will actually add if necessary these next couple seasons, to maximize Kobe's final opportunities to get more rings.
Man writing this on my phone totally was a chore.. well just wanted to let you know what I heard.
