Not sure i saw one person that thought we could make the playoffs before the Westbrook trade.Ducklett wrote:The General Board thinks we are going to be a bottom 4 team in the East post Westbrook trade

Jerami Grant might be in contention for MIP. He just got a big contract and will likely get more usage.pepe1991 wrote:ARandomStranger wrote:I'm kind of hoping this is a down year and next year we take a huge step forward, but I get the feeling Fultz might just be a contender for MIP this year. Jamal Murray looks to me as most obvious MIP candidate.
Guy only averages 18 ppg. In playoffs, however, he averaged over 26 ppg and 6,6 apg.
Tyler Hero according to bets is one of the favorites.
Easly, if they only going to look at numbers, Malik Beasley is favorite. He never averaged more than 11 ppg for a whole season. He averaged 21 ppg after a trade to Minessota. If he stay on that 18-22 ppg range, he is guy who doubled his production and probably lock to win it.
Guy who showed major leap in his game is OG Anunoby, and he never averaged more than 10,5ppg. So another contender to jump to 15-17 ppg and be front runner for award.

1. Bucks
2. Nets
3. 76ers

8. Magic
9. Wizards
10. Hawks
11. Bulls
12. Pistons
13. Hornets
14. Cavs
15. Knicks
I wouldn't rule out the Hawks or Wizards beating us in a play-in tournament though. They have the offensive firepower to beat anyone on a given day.
