Mystique? Just wait until Lebron sweeps you next round!

Very possible- without Garnett, we don't have the players to compete for a championship THIS year.

But at least we have the heart.

Edit: And good luck.

Actually it was a horrible game. You have one team with the ability to beat Cleveland, who hasn't a clue. Another team who is just receiving gift after gift whether it's from incompetence from the vastly more talented team, or despicable cheating by the refs. Only one game has gone how the whole series should and that was the hosing of the cheatics in game three. Everything was there on a platter for the Magic.

Couple of good points from TNT. Why didn't they review the 3 pointer at the half? Why didn't they give the jumpball for that initial 24 second violation? Why was Dwight even in the game at the end down by 3 coming out of a timeout? You've got a 6-10 rashard lewis who can and has guarded centers before.

Disappointing. We were 0-9 or something like that in the end of the 4th, sickening. Dwight deserves all the blame for this because on the last couple of series he missed 3 easy rebounds and didn't even jump for 2 of them, watch the replays, no jump. Loser. He has no game and gets worked by Davis and Perkins who have game. If you watch what perkins and davis did on howard you'd be surprised howard is the superstar. A simple backdown and hook shot, score. Why can't he defend that? I know David is Rashard's man, but howard picked him up throughout the game randomly. How does Glen Davis get 16 shots up and you only get 10? Probably because you can't do anything if you're not 3 feet from the hoop and the simplest strategy ever stops you....keep you 4 feet or more from the hoop. Dwight needs to hit the squat and leg machines this offseason and eat, he's not amare stoudamaire and cannot shoot, thus he needs to be bigger and thicker.

How is this SVG's fault?

His spineless players fold every time a game gets close. He's the only person in our entire organization with a spine.
11/18/2017 - I have officially disowned Nikola Vucevic and branded him a loser.

- Skal Labissiere was my guy in 2016 pre-trade. Whoops, but I still believe.
- Malik Monk was my guy in 2017. Whoops(?)
- Mo Bamba was my guy in 2018. TBD.

Doc Rivers is on record as saying that if and when Dwight gets his complete game together, he hopes he's retired from coaching. :D

Meanwhile, as a Celtics fan I'm frustrated at the point-blank layups Davis misses, although there were thankfully fewer in this game.

Regular Season Team. Back to back years they will go down to a team missing their best player in the second round.

Dwight is simply rushing on offense. I know he can make better moves and get better shots than that because I've seen him do it. He is rushing.

Yea, he can do it against Dalembert and Bargnani. He can't do **** against anybody who is can play a lick of defense.

He doesn't have a problem scoring against guys like Okafor and Duncan, both very good post defenders. Again, his problem is guys with a low base that are able to push him out.

I have three for this one...

1) SVG should be fired for keeping that bomb squad in with Battie and Anthony Johnson and allowing Boston back in the game because those 2 can not even cover bums like Marbury and Big Baby.

2) Again tonight the Magic were absolutely jobbed. Not only is Perkins allowed to murder Dwight (which at least is consistent), but the Ray Allen 2 counting as a 3 and the AWFUL change of the call on the shot clock violation are simply inexcusable. Why is it every obvious bad call is going the Celtics way? The Magic were jobbed out of 4 point in the last game on terrible calls and tonight was the same thing. The more of these playoffs I watch, the more it makes me want to stop watching the NBA. And anyone who knows me should know how crazy that sounds.

3) The Magic need to grow a set of balls and learn how to take a punch and keep going forward. These 4th quarter collapses are inexcusable, even if you are playing 10-5 (5 Celts, 3 refs, Stu and Stern).

Now I am going to throw up.

Truth. I hate how our organization is being built around taking blame for stuff. Why is there so much blame talk going around, there is obviously something wrong. The magic players and organization are all going out of there way to make sure someone is blamed. I know other teams do this, but it seems a bit much for me, maybe cause we lose so much and have to make up excuses for sucking. The coach isn't at fault, players can play without a coach. We went 0-9 there for a stretch, how to you coach out of that?

We run horrible plays down the stretch of every game. We didn't get a good shot in the last 5 minutes of the game. You can't win when this happens.

vagnermagic wrote:I wish I could not blame the refs, but they screwed us too. But the worst of all was to blow a 14 point lead in the 4th, with the fans dead on their seats. It was all in our favor and what to they do? The same as always. Stop executing the plays, give the ball to Hedo go 1-on-1 and pray for him to do something. I mean, why not continue to move the ball? If that kind of play gave us the lead, why not continue?

I'm very, very pissed at this team, at the refs, at the NBA, but I won't fool myself. I'll be here suffering just as much as I did today in game 6. And if they somehow win that game, they showed today that it's not impossible to win in Boston, in fact, it was even an easy game today, under control, until they screwed it over.

I was waiting for that. Did you even watch the game you fool? The Celtics comeback came in large part when Hedo was NOT handling the ball. Hedo was giving the ball up early in the shot clock and took one shot total in that comeback. If anything, that finish was an argument in putting the ball in Hedo's hands and having him NOT give it up.

These comebacks are getting rediculous, once - okay. Twice you're stretching it but cmon man this annot keep happening. what the heck.

The shot distribution on this team is pathetic. We never go to the hot player, we ignore Dwight too long, and as much as I like Stan his sub pattern has baffled me lately

SVG is the garbage coach calling the garbage plays. When do we ever run something effective in the 4th quarter of games? It's always one on one bull, and the only times we are happy is when our threes are falling, then its "YEAHH WE ARE THE BEST", but when they aren't, we look lost and confused.

I put some of the blame on the players, but I also place quite a bit on SVG. His "Performence" here is over-rated. We got Rashard Lewis the same year as SVG anyways. This team could be run so muc better.

Hedo gone. SVG gone. Now. Get us a coach that isn't such a crybaby panic-case.
