My buddy just sent me this quote from SVG

"If they want to fire me, I don't care. If its Dwight or anybody else, fire me."

Where is this interview?

EDIT: Nevermind, I found it!

Has this officially turned into the "Everyone is angry at Dwight" thread

Get mad at Dwight for pretty much leaving soon... cool... but get mad at our Front Office as well (Otis) for putting us in this crap in the first place :)

Just trying to direct the hate/anger equally, that is all

Stick it to Dwight... send him somewhere he doesn't like and isn't going to stay... I don't want this franchise to give in and send him to NJ

Man I'm with you, get something decent, but primarily make GS fans hate dwight even more for gutting their team and leaving. I just want coast to coast hate, is that so much to ask for?

I would do this too. Then we could go after Bynum in 2013 when he's a free agent. If Lakers keep using him as a 3rd option, he will want out. That being said, I still don't know what to believe as far rumors...

Bulls Get:
Gasol
Barnes
JRich

Lakers Get:
Dwight
Turk
Boozer

Magic Get:
Bynum
Deng
Charlotte 1st (from Bulls)
DAL 1st (from Lakers)

This is the best case scenario I can think of for rebuilding while still being good or at least I think we would be good.

Just some positivity,

What if the trade we make for Dwight perhaps makes us better then now?
Obviously it's not likely, but I mean there's always a possibility. We need to land a good trade and not budge to Dwight's demands. But by OTIS DO SOMETHING RIGHT FOR US

Why would Chicago trade for anyone but Dwight? They're the best team in the NBA.

Orlando Magic will be shorthanded tonight against the Miami Heat
http://blogs.orlandosentinel.com/sports ... -heat.html
Third-string shooting guard Von Wafer and backup combo forward Earl Clark were not able to participate in today’s shootaround, Van Gundy said.

Wafer has some lower-back issues, while Clark has a sore left foot. Both were expected to see doctors this afternoon, and their status for tonight is up in the air.

probably nothing

f nj, I would not send him there just to screw them and the russian billionaire for the summer meeting. I could care less right now about shaq leaving because truthfully he left because of the money( which I can understand because orl low balled him) I would take on bynum, or monta/lee/picks or smith/horford.

I would agree with you if Dwight wanted to go play in Chicago ot OKC and he felt winning was not an option here. But when he is bailing to play for a team 13.5 games behind us in the standings, I have a hard time putting the blame on management.

if im otis/martins, i do the following:

call LAL, ATL, and CLE and propose the following trades:

LAL OUT:
bynum
walton
2012 1st rounder
2014 1st rounder

LAL IN:
howard
q richardson

then do the following seperate deal with LA

LAL OUT:
TPE

LAL IN:
glen davis

then we call atlanta and offer:

ATL OUT:
pachulia
williams

ATL IN:
redick
duhon

then we call cleveland and offer:

CLE OUT:
sessions

CLE IN:
orlando first rounder this year
TPE

so in the end we look like this:

ORL OUT:
howard
davis
q rich
redick
duhon
2012 first rounder

ORL IN:
bynum
sessions
walton
williams
pachulia
2012 first rounder
2014 first rounder

we then buyout waltons deal and we look like:

c - bynum/pachulia/orton
pf - anderson/clark/harper
sf - turkoglu/williams
sg - richardson/wafer/liggins
pg - nelson/sessions/smith

-marvin williams adds depth and versatility and can defend 2, 3, 4 positions
-pachulia gives us an actual back up center
-bynum replaces dwight
-sessions ives us a pg, who i would start, but stan wont, so thats why he's with the 2nd unit on the depth chart

who says no??
I live rent free in your head. You know who you are :D

Not changing this sig until Magic win a championship. Started 6/26/2015.

Please let us be man. You only come here to push your "Dwight is a cancer" agenda. WE GET IT, you don't like Dwight! You don't have to come over here every other month to show it.

People need to understand we have no leverage in anymore Dwight trade negotiations with the Nets. Demanding Brooks, pick, Lopez, whatever won't cut it.

I'll help you... two words: Otis Smith

more two words: Phoenix Trade

I'll leave it at that... but there are more stuff that Otis did that we all hated and messed up the team (Gilbert Arenas, etc)... sometimes we can't ignore the origins that started this whole mess... it didn't start with Dwight... it started with Otis... and ended with Dwight AND Magic FO... Dwight and Otis should both be boo'd imo... which is weird to say, but true.

Only way we even stay the same is if we trade for Bynum. The hole Dwight will leave in the lane is too huge. Bynum could clog the lane on defense/guard the rim and score 20+ a night while pulling in a ton of rebounds. He could explode if treated as the first option. If we're trading Dwight, we need to convince him LA is the place to go. Either that or trade him to GS for Ellis and go after Bynum in 2013.
