Seriously I said he reminds me of a poor mans Kevin Love because of his efforts on the offensive glass. He's steadily upgraded...First he was Garrity, then Troy Murphy's lost son, and now he's poor mans Kevin Love. See I believe in him.

 The evolution of Anderson.

You forgot to add "Keith Van Horn's 2nd cousin" within that timeline

Remember they traded for Aaron Brooks so they really have no need for Jameer. Ryan Anderson is useful but with Nash they really don't need him. Plus they already have a similar player in Channing Frye. Brandon Bass is not really a big time PF to get back in a trade.

Nash is a Icon in Phoenix. Perhaps the most popular athlete in the history of Arizona. I'm sure they would trade him for the right piece. If you don't give them something good they rather just let his contract run out. It doesn't have to be mind blowing but a real young asset that could be a top 10 position player in the future. You know a Gortat type of player. :(

This reply at least makes some sense. I personally believe Ryan is a much better player than Frye with a much higher upside. I know I'm in the minority but I think Ryan has a similar skillset to become a mini-Kevin Love. A much better rebounder, than Frye imo, cheaper contract. I think Frye without Nash is complete trash to be honest. Ryan is at least who he is without an amazing PG making him that much better. Problem with Brooks is he is stuck in China for the season, so yes, they could just ride it out with Nash and wait for him to come back in March or whenever the China season is over...but Brooks' contract is up after this year as well, and who knows if PHX is willing to pay him (notoriously cheap) the decent money he will prob get offered next season after his legit stint in Houston, by teams clearing for CP3/Dwill who don't land one of them. I think Bass could be a 15-10 guy on a team as the starting PF, where they don't have another guy gobbling up tons of rebounds. I really do. I was hoping to send JJ instead of Ryan out there, but Ryan would obv prob be a more valueable trade piece. I think Nash+Ryan would be amazing....hell, Gil+Ryan looked really nice at times this year.

I hate this guy but this is positive spin from an otherwise negative person.

A person close to Dwight Howard tells me, "We want to work it out (in Orlando)." Take it for what it's worth.

I really can't believe this is happening. This is Lebron all over again. Back and forth and back and forth. Will Dwight really Lebron us? Hard to think he would be that dumb.

Guys I would LOVE to believe that tweet, WOULD LOVE TO, but the cynical, mean spirited, evil person in me still has in the back of my head this:

http://basketball.realgm.com/wiretap/21 ... _In_Summer

I REALLY hope we're not getting played. So he later "changes" his mind in the summer an decides to leave after "giving the Magic a chance"

IIRC DJrax and others were discussing this scenario in the last speculation thread, that D12 goes this route and says there's a chance he stays only to bail later. So I'm not the first to think of this.

Once again please dont flame me, I hope Im wrong, and if so, what great news !!! :D

I never believed BS and I won't start now just because it's music to my ears. Let me hear this from Dwight, Martins, or Rudolph and I'll be good.

"we want it to work" means get him help OR 'don't trade me to NJ cause I don't want to miss this years playoffs' and he'd rather sign with a stacked team.

Either way we're screwed.
