unless we are promised a top 3 pick by the commissioner because dwight going to nyc is for the good of the league, this proposed deal is disgusting.

Magic haven't been a part of any of this and Brooklyn is doing ALL the legwork for one final push for Dwight.

It's one thing that most of your fanbase is gonna stop going to games for a couple seasons because Brook Lopez is the franchise player but to help a team IN YOUR OWN CONFERENCE?!?!?!?

And to add more to that the next couple of draft classes are gonna suck so stockpiling picks like Morey won't do anything unless there is a sure-fire superstar coming soon. I thought this Henny character would be good for you guys but wow........

i can read and i read J-Rich and Duhon to Brooklyn and i think Q-Rich to Cleveland

so let's say we do this. this means we suck and tank for a year right? then karma surely has to be on our side and we get a top 3 pick in 2013 and use it on shabazz muhammad - we pair the rookie SG (who's a more explosive and longer james harden with kobe-esque ceiling) with lopez who we're overpaying at that point.

that's not a playoff team yet so we go to the lottery once again and package those 1st round picks we got in the dwight trade to move up in the draft and get SF jabari parker to pair with muhammad and lopez. by the 2014-2015 season we're looking like the OKC thunder a few years ago with an over paid center (but if he's healthy can still put up 15-20ppg) - that's not so bad right?

I've read this entire thread (someone shoot me). Lot of Henny hate for a trade that he hasn't done yet, might never do, and might not even have had a hand in the crafting.
