Most of that was my fault... I invited him to come over here, and he did... yeah he got really defensive at times, and I don't always agree with Jarrod... but I respected him for at least coming here and jumping into the fire, but he could have had a thicker skin dealing with some of his criticisms... on the same note, some off us came off like complete tools... amateur hour ... all good though

I give the guy credit for coming on here, and a few folks basically chased him away.

I don't for a second believe the Magic aren't trying to get something done, and 'insider' contacts drying up is certainly an indicator of something in the works.

But that doesn't mean anything will happen. It takes two (or more) to tango, and sometimes no matter what you do, you still can't close a deal.

Nah....if that's his plan, trade him to wherever we can get the best return for him. End of story. Don't let emotion screw up your business decision. If that's the best overall return, then so be it, but if the Lakers can offer something better, or GSW, or whoever....then trade him to them, regardless of if he may walk to NJ in the summer or not.

If Dwight really wants to opt out and sign with them outright, leaving us with nothing, he then is a liar. He said he wanted to help the Magic get the best possible deal so they would not be left hanging dry. He wouldn't do that to this franchise, this fanbase, this city.
