Unless the Nets are finding a way to get us Josh Smith, Andre Iguodala w/ Lopez & Brooks... and they take back crappy contracts in Hedo, BBD, and Duhon... then maybe... MAYBE we will trade Dwight to the Nets.

I said this from the very moment the new CBA came out. It actually made it WORSE by given players incentive's to NOT extend with their team, but to pursue FA (even if it means they are 100% wanting to re-sign with their current team). It's an idiotic, backwards incentive system. I think it was done on purpose to be honest, to get stars to leave to big cities, Stern and his minions aren't idiots. They saw how much more popular superteams made the league.

well the nets nearly tasted defeat, so i can understand why they would improve the offer rather than gamble on free agency. this makes me wonder if the initial offer was absolutely awful.

can't decide which team I hate trading with more... LA or the Nets... its like teaming up with the guy that stole your last girlfriend just to spite the guy who's stealing your current...
