From a Bulls poster last month when Moore was rumored to be signed by Chicago:
I've followed E'Twaun's career closely since he was in high school. He's from East Chicago and he went to school down the road at Purdue, so the Bulls are clearly a great fit for him.

Moore is a poor man's Eric Gordon. They were in the same class in high school and were the top two players in Indiana in 2007. Moore's team actually beat Gordon's in the state title game that year, but Gordon was always more highly regarded due to his athleticism.

In college, Moore was an elite shooting guard in the Big Ten from his sophomore year, onwards. His senior year wasn't as good as many expeted, as JaJuan Johnson really began to develop and come into his own and Moore's shooting was a bit erratic in patches.

Moore is a good athlete, though, and a very good scorer. He is an excellent three point shooter, but his most effective shot might just be his slashing floater in the lane.

He isn't going to be an elite NBA player, but he can be a more than serviceable 10-15 minute a game bench player.

While he is okay handling the ball, he is by no means a point guard. He can't play that position in the NBA. But as a shooting guard coming in for short spurts of offense, he'll be an asset

Wonder if he'll be a good player or just the next Von Wafer.

According to Celtics and Bulls fans, Moore was developing to be a PG. If that continues here, that's great size to have at the position. 6'4" with 6'9" wingspan at PG is ridiculous. I haven't found any comments to his defense; hope it's decent.

McRoberts is pretty decent trade bait imo. Liggit is gone for true.

Not too impressed yet by this signing. I think letting Liggins go would be a huge mistake. Developing him more would turn him into a Tony Allen lite.

And why does everyone think there's a deal in the works for JJ Redick?

You say Tony Allen lite as if it's a good thing.

Maybe Nicholson will be Carl Landry lite and O'Quinn Ronny Turiaf lite! We'll be lite years ahead of everybody's opinion of our rebuilding time frame then.

I bet I could sit at the end of the Magic bench for a full season and not log a NBA minute and get compared to MJ on this forum.

I enjoyed Liggins. But the way his name is mentioned at any moment here. And the hype. And the silly comparisons. And the players you'd rather cut..CUT...just to have him.

It's bloody insanity.
