One thing is true...Orlando has always prefered to deal with the Lakers. It is just a matter of convincing the Lakers to take the chance. I think they do it if they don't have to give up both bigs.

If we get Bynum, and he stays healthy, we don't need to rebuild. Believe it or not, this team is talented. With Bynum, I feel we improve offensively, defensively we'll need to improve elsewhere. I think Bynum, Anderson, and Redick is something you can build on. Eventually we'll have cap to bring in a max FA. Hopefully, as big a Jameer fan as I am, we find a top notch PG as it's become a PG-driven league, and a SF that will vastly improve our perimeter defense. But that's down the road, if you can bring in Bynum, we're not talking rebuild. We're plugging him in and chugging along as usual. It's not like Bynum is garbage on D. He's no Dwight, but I don't see a huge drop, as long as he's healthy.

That being said, I see no reason for the Lakers to trade Bynum, unless they're terrified his knees are going to give at any moment. In that case, ****.

I do not care if the Lakers are offering Magic and Kobe in their primes, I will never forgive this franchise if they trade Howard to the Lakers.

I do not blame the franchise for Howard wanting out and I will not blame them for trading him. But, I will be absolutely livid if they trade him to the Lakers.

I'm telling you....he or his agent is telling him to say this, so that if/when they trade him he can simply put the onus on the Magic and say "I would've re-signed, I told them to take a chance on me", which is complete and utter garbage.

well with the lakers they will have a chance to win a championship which I dont want dwight to ever get if he parts with the Magic..the nets have next to no shot at all given they have to go through chicago and miami after we gut their team

I don't want to send Dwight to Jersey, but I don't see what's with the hate on Lopez and Brooks. Especially Brooks. For a late round rookie, that guy has been incredible, and Lopez has his weaknesses but he is very skilled. Get a tough four next to Lopez and some guys who can defend on the wings and he'd be fine. The biggest problem I have with New Jersey is that it's hard to dump some of our crap with them.
