We make them an offer they don't bite, we keep it moving that simple to me. It's not like Bledsoe is a can't miss kind of guy. He has a lot of untapped potential but the way i see it it's going to take some time for him to put it all together on a consistent basis.
Dude was the 18th pick in a draft where only like 3-4 guys in that whole draft is considered good depending on who you ask. That being said the book is still being written on Bledsoe so maybe down the line he does get it together but for me i can't help but feel like he's one of those Nick young's, Javale McGee's and J.R Smith's of the NBA. All the talent you can want but for some reason can't take that next step, should be a lot better than they currently are.
I have plenty of good things to say about good things on our team. But I don't give anyone in management a pass or players a pass just because we're rebuilding and I'm not a "in Henny I trust" guy. I have my own opinions on how I want things to happen and just because things don't go my way, doesn't mean I want to fire the GM. I don't think anyone is perfect, Henny is not right all the time. He's off to a good start here, but I'm not giving him a free pass and I find no entertainment in just glazing over topics and saying trust Henny, he knows what's right. That's great and all, I don't have a problem being wrong, I enjoy debating things and you can't debate against blind faith.
I'm not necessarily a Bledsoe fan, I don't even think we need a point guard for 2 years, but I want to get rid of Afflalo so badly. I just have a feeling Henny and his crew are still really high on him. We'll see.
