Refuse to believe 4-team Howard trade rumor since it involves the words "Brook Lopez" and "max deal." No team could possibly be that dumb.

This must be the most lopsided trade ever. The Magic get 3 **** picks and a mediocre Center who has had a worrying injury for a 7 footer for a top 3 player in this league.

I'm not the one to exaggerate stuff but the point can really be made that the Magic are better off dealing Howard for cap relief or just letting him walk instead of paying Lopez 14mill. a year....I mean who is ever gonna trade for a defensively inept Center that doesn't rebound and has major injury question marks at 14mill. a year?

This has got to be Orlando saying, Last Call to get in on this! Make your best offer now, or we'll just screw ourselves to make Dwight Happy

Just read it as "three expiring contracts..." instead and it tastes better.

As a Rockets fan, I just can’t for the life of me understand why your management wouldn’t want some combination of the Rockets youth and the Toronto lottery pick over a maxed out Brook Lopez. Granted none of our young players are surefire superstars, but Lamb, White, Motiejunas do have All-Star potential IMO. You’d be getting some of them, plus two 2013 lottery picks (yours via tanking and Toronto’s). If I were a fan of your team I would take that pretty nice rebuilding package over a maxed out Brook Lopez any day.

I know Morey doesn’t want to take on bad contracts, but that contract you’re giving Lopez could turn out to be pretty bad too.

i gotta believe that your team hasnt offered it. No way Henny could consider the Nets over that.

How? There would be so many signings that would have to happen first. I'm calling BS.

This trade ain't happening. Smells like desparation from the Nets to get something done soon, before their FAs get offers tomorrow. King is doing all the leg work and Henny is chillin.
