Oh, Magical wrote that? I didn't notice, thought I saw someone else write it too.

Can we please trade someone? I appreciate the tank, however this is sad to watch. Personally I want to protect Harkless, nicholson, vucci. Trade all the peices.

It actually doesn't hurt me to watch us play. I get excited seeing the potential of some of our young players, and the more losses we have the closer we get to a #1 pick :)

Usually I can watch us lose just fine, too. Tonight was hard to watch.

For a while we were losing a ton of games but still competing extremely hard... lately there have been really bad losses that remind me that we're a rebuilding team.

Also, I'm annoyed the bobcats keep losing. They improved their roster and haven't suffered injuries, yet they went from winning half their games in the first month to being the worst in the league.

Anyone see KG say this is his last AS game? Then said we don't know what he knows. Interesting.

Maybe he just found out this is the last year for fan voting... ha. jk.
When asked how he is so certain this will be his last All-Star appearance, Garnett replied: "Y'all don't know what I know."

"I’ll put it just like this: I’m more than grateful that I’m going to this game," Garnett added. "I’m not gong to act like I got more All-Star games in me, or whatever. So I’m actually going to enjoy this one with some friends and family. That’s what I meant."

Maybe he will retire this year if Paul Pierce is not back next year as a Celtic?

Or maybe they're just like us and overachieved in the first month. No one tanks before the All-Star break.

what you think about this trade

http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine/?tradeId=a7gw4bb

we def get better but the clips get a starting sg ( willie green aint cuttin it) plus a expiring deal and kings get frontcourt help and also a true professional for the locker room with AA

Harrington and Turk may not have played much or at all, but they're still taking up two roster spots as starters. We have a first year coach and 7 first to second year players. What I'm getting at is our team lacks the experience, chemistry and talent to handle significant injuries. Nelson, Redick, Afflalo and Moore have been in and out of the lineup. We were playing nearly .500 ball before Davis went out the first time. Had he not gone down, we would not be losing so many games. We have an excuse for dropping off... Bobcats just have no pride. They gave up without reason.

Well, they lost their starting SG in Henderson and PF in Mullens for extended periods of time due to injuries. Just sayin'.

That does change things... i didn't realize those guys went out. It's interesting that they won all their games without henderson though. And they went on their huge losing spree with both of them. That being said, knowing Mullens was out and him being back gives me hope they may still win games... good to know.

here is my idea for the trade

Clips get Redick / McBob
lose Bledsoe / Butler
Get a true sg for playoff run , lose salary with butler and get expiring with McBob , lose Bledsoe but Crawford can aptly fill in at both guard spot, Redicks 3pt shooting makes them best in West

Sac Gets Afflalo/ Ayon
Lose Evans / Salmons
Lose Evans but gain true Professional with good ethic and ability in AA, also AA contract prob cheaper than next deal for Evans , get rid of Salmons deal for Ayon who can help in frontcourt and is cheap

Orl Gets Evans/Bledsoe/Butler/Salmons
Lose Redick/Afflalo/Ayon/Mcbob
Get potential franchise pg and sg combo for two players who dont fit rebuild, Salmons and Butler are contracts that arent great but are solid role players and 1(Butler) will be a expri next year so will become valuable maybe,

SAC and Clips say no. Your over valuing our players.

I live in Charlotte and watch the bobcats as much as I can. It seems like MKG and a few of the other young guys have less energy than at the beginning of the year. The announcers and local coverage blames the losses on inexperience and the fact that these young guys aren't used to the rigors of the NBA schedule. Also, they really aren't that good of a team. Mullens coming back has helped, but they have so many holes and deficiencies on both offense and defense that they really just might be as bad as the record indicates. Not trying to start an argument or defend the bobcats, just letting the board know what they're saying in Charlotte.

I have not seen the bobcats outside of when they play Orlando but was curious what your take on the future of MKG and Walker is? Do you think they build around both or does one try to be like Iverson and take on the whole team?
