They just won't give up
Marc Stein ‏ @ESPNSteinLine
More waiting brutal for Nets but they could well opt to keep gathering assets (cap space/picks) to chase trade for Dwight or Star X at draft

SAS says he's giving up all his power, all that freedom the players fight for.. Hill saying.. no, he was free to make a decision and he did. still has leverage in the organization

She basically told Stephen A that at the end of the day it's not wrong for Dwight to want to be happy and choose to stay in Orlando, for himself and his fans & city... Stephen A went off some tangent about how this is like slavery because Dwight opted not to leave  ... saying that Dwight is giving up his "freedom" by not leaving or opting out... what a douche...

Dwight also has the freedom to STAY if HE WANTS TO STAY (which is Jemele and Skip's point)... it's his happiness and decision... Dwight is not a puppet for your own enjoyment and agenda Stephen A... Stephen A is just mad cuz he predicted Dwight would leave or be traded, and he now looks dumb... He mad.

Yeah he is a slave alright. Making 19 million plus in a year, playing for the team/city he loves. SAS is on crack.

I can see how you can fault dwight for all the flip flopping. But to rag on his decision to stay for an extra year and try and give the magic a chance to get him help is just stupid.

I just hope we're still working the phones to make moves.....if Dwight is still here that's great moving forward but that shouldn't be the signal to hang up the phones.....J-Rich needs to be moved....Baby needs to be moved....Duhon should be moved....Q should be moved....

Problem is i think we're stuck with Baby....Damn shame because he's taking away minutes from guys that should be playing more than they are....No reason why Clark shouldn't be playing more if Baby is this inconsistent....Harper should play more as well.....He's probably the closest thing we have to Rashard Lewis on this roster to be completely honest.......

Star X maybe, but we aren't trading Dwight on draft day to them. That would be idiotic. DWill will leave, and then Dwight won't want to go there anyways.

According to Woj, everyone in Portland is on the trading block. We gotta make a run for Wallace.

Damage control.. The Magic are probably going to help him rebuild his image...and work on their own.

I say keep Q and his $2.75 mil contract, that is a bargain and he is solid as a backup.

everytime I see SAS i think san antonio spurs.

i think when it comes to steven a, the first and last letters should be behind the middle in SAS

Wallace would be the perfect fit. Ideal player that we need in many facets AND his deal expires in 2 years.
