Besides the coaching qualifications, I feel like he has the energy and people skills to infuse new hope and rigor for this team and convince Dwight to extend.

I dont think management cares about shaw, pretty sure they have already decided they want mike malone and who ever they pick for GM is going to have to be on board with him
