Rudolph is saying that when Dwight comes back to Orlando on March 12th, it's going to be WORSE than when LeBron returned to Cleveland.

He said it's going to be downright nasty!

Arron Afflalo said that he expects a bigger role with the Magic than he had with the Nuggets.
"I plan on being the best player I can be, period," said Afflalo. He also added that he was happy about the deal, and stated that he has been working on his body and "overall game."

Something to keep an eye on. He wasn't a guy that created much off the dribble but I didn't see a lot of Denver games so.

Bring him back????????? Who do you think made this deal? I mean why did we get rid of Otis AND SVG? For this? I am glad Otis is gone but the "getting hosed" in trades continues. Only the actors have changed. I think DeVos is in the "mediocrity now" mode.

Adrian Wojnarowski‏@WojYahooNBA
HOU offered ORL $12M in space (instead of Afflalo), recent 1st picks, future lottery and unprotected picks. Would've taken bad deals (cont.)

Adrian Wojnarowski‏@WojYahooNBA
(cont.) and no need to take on Harrington contract.

Lakers pick is 2017. By then kobe, nash and gasol will either be gone or way off their game. I wouldnt expect the lakers to ever be a lottery pick but in that year, it could be a decent one.

Denver is protected, I think, in the sense that it is the worst of 2 picks they have in 2015. either their own or one acquired by the Knicks. I would suspect both would be close, mid 20's maybe.

Sixers, not sure of the year but that could be one in the teens.

Our next 2 should be lottery picks.

By summer of 2014, we will have cleared, and i have heard this 2 different ways. We will have freed up 20 mil of cap space or we will only have 20 mil on the books if we choose to not resign certain ones.

If we are good at picking and coaching up players, this will not have been a bad move. We should have 2 very good and decent 1st next year, 1 very good and 1 so-so 1st in the next year. with the guys we have, if you pick right, you COULD have 4 solid starters in 2 years, perhaps 2 great ones.
My 2 cents is worth 5 cents.

Josh Robbins said this morning that it was not as good as stated. He said Hou would give up either young players or cap space, not both.

I wish I could post the tweets from woj, but I'm on my crappy phone. He said Houston offered 12 mil in cap relief, their rookies, and multiple unprotected firsts.

Edit- good, I see someone posted them above me.
