I would love to see what happened behind the scenes to make Chuma go from good glue guy to out of the league. I hope he doesn't infect Franz with that.

Hampton has actually played pretty good defense these last few possessions against Curry.

Now Steph is obviously hunting for a big highlight reel play, but still.

You guys are way too quick to write off Okeke.
11/18/2017 - I have officially disowned Nikola Vucevic and branded him a loser.

- Skal Labissiere was my guy in 2016 pre-trade. Whoops, but I still believe.
- Malik Monk was my guy in 2017. Whoops(?)
- Mo Bamba was my guy in 2018. TBD.

I agree. He's only 20 still.

Plenty of time for him to grow as a player and fit into his ideal role.

They are still all in on Kuminga. I was reading a GB thread that posed the should GS have taken Franz over Kuminga question, and their entire fanbase is still fully convinced that Kuminga will be better. Posters were saying to bookmark the thread.

I suppose he has flashed a bit this season, but I'd take Wagner every single day of the week.

No need to get rid of him but do you see a guy that truly contribute to winning basketball right now? He's 23 and looks like an average bench player, at best, right now. Maybe he'll develop into a 7th man but I don't know if his ceiling is much higher than that.

I LOVE Kuminga's potential but potential is what get's GM's fired. GSW are in the amazing position to be able to wait on potential while contending for championships.

Was there a reason we decided to bring Franz back in just to ice him out in a corner for 5 straight possessions? I'd prefer to put the ball in his hands rather than painfully watch Okeke/Hampton try to create offense.

Is there a reason why Moe is matched up with Kuminga? Mosely doesn't make sense some times

I do think Kuminga's going to benefit significantly in the long-term from being on a great team.

If he was on Orlando or Oklahoma City he'd have like a near 30 usage and would be developing some wildly bad habits right now IMO.

Pretty wild that Golden State has lottery picks at the end of their bench while we are starving for just competent talent.

He's just a guy. Even if he starts doing all the stuff we all loved last year, he's still just a role player.

Very expendable. Certainly not someone who matters when it comes to who the Magic might draft (Banchero, Jabari) this summer.

To be fair most of the players on the roster are "just a guy". Most of these guys won't be on the roster in two to three years. We are just filtering at this point.

Return to Orlando Magic
