Franz being our best player by net points in the Cavs series while not even getting the dunce cap in game 7 is interesting. He took a lot of slack for his playoff performance but this indicates he should have been praised.

Suggs being negative overall is disgusting. Definitely an impact player just really freaking inconsistent.

Jordan could have gone 0/11 (he didn't) and so long as he made the game winning shot when it mattered (he did) that's all people will remember.

It's why while I put some value in these statistics, I don't put every single point of value into it, because someone has to put a ball in a hole to even come close to making it a game.

If KCP didn't win it I would be shocked. He basically has to go 100% on this kinda volume the rest of the year and I still don't think he makes a 3pt% dent in his stats.

If Caldwell-Pope looks decent in the playoffs he can salvage most of his trade value IMO. Up to a 57.4 TS% (not much worse than his Denver days) while playing on a horrible offense and still looks above average on D. There's actually underlying somewhat positive signs since he is having a career year finishing inside and from midrange. If he made his wide open 3s it would probably be his best shooting year ever.

And by look decent in the playoffs I mean looks like a guy you want on the floor defensively against good teams. That is the whole point of him for a contender, a defender who doesn't make mistakes and can knock down open shots. Obviously shooting can fluctuate with low volume guys like him.

Best fit here? No. But at 2/43 it's not some terrible contract at this point. And if they have to hold him one more year then certainly as an expiring next year he would be easy to move.

Agreed. His trade value should be good if someone wants to slightly overpay for a quality 4th starter.

If you have a negative vest to dunce ratio I think you need a good excuse not get a negative grade on the season.

Joseph -2
Paolo -3
Houstan -4
Queen -6
Jett -6
KCP -7
Harris -7
Da Silva -13
Black -16
Cole -18

Joseph gets a C+, he's done well in the starting spot which excuses the negative ratio.

Paolo gets a C+, he's missed the most time and struggled while playing himself into shape.

Houstan gets a C, he's salvaged his career I think with his recent play. Looks like something clicked.

Queen gets a C-, not much was expected and it's kind of crazy that he had the level of impact he did but still he's had a crazy drop off.

Jett gets a F, he had plenty of opportunity and failed to make an impact and when he did impact the game it was negative.

KCP gets a C+, his recent flurry of vests have impressed me.

Harris gets a D, low impact and when he does make an impact it's negative overall? GTFO

Da Silva gets a B-, he carried in some games before hitting the wall.

AB gets a B-, he was purposefully pushed into the deep end and the deep end was unintentionally much deeper than anticipated. He's been an extremely high impact player for us and I don't mind the net overall impact being negative given he's a second year pro.

Cole gets an F, he vomits on the court figuratively and literally.

D's or worse gets you kicked off the team. Bye Jett, Harris, and Cole

Gotta say I agree. If AB gets a B- then Houstan gets at least a B-.

AB has had all the chances I would like to see and he just hasn't been able to capitalize before he had a decent scoring run from the bench. Followed by the barrage of 3-balls from Houstan. But Houstan hasn't in my immediate memory had the same chances amount as Black this season. Hence, Houstan earning his spot.
