None of that matters in this comparison from that poster. That's personal gripes you have with his game, not rooted in trade value at all. Paolo may never be the "answer", but Paolo is not in prime yet and holds way more value. Also Doncic was still traded for a guy who despite being injury prone, can be top 5 MVP and DPOY in AD.
In that scenario Paolo would be traded for a in his prime Trae Young who is a low percentage shooter, non-defender, but can set up players really well and score well with low efficiency (which people have gripes with with Paolo already).
I guarantee you "making winning moves now" is not firing our coach and trading Paolo for Trae lol. How about using any sort of picks/contracts/young players that aren't our core (since we've yet to use ANY asset) before blowing up our team for a lateral move
